The Fascinating World of POETIC BUGS

This book of over one hundred short poems is dedicated to insects and bugs from around the world. The poems are written in many different forms of poetic verse with a unique drawing, or water colour illustration for each poem. The author has tried to add a spark of humour to these poems to quell people's fear of bugs. We may not think much of bugs, only that they seem annoying and a nuisance to gardeners. But, and it is a very big but, insects and bugs play a very important part in the echo system and billions of pounds are spent each year researching them. Ecologists attempt to explain their worthiness, and their biological diversity; without insects our agriculture and bird life would diminish. Insects pollinate fruits, flowers, and vegetables, they can be both pests and cleaners, pretty and ugly.
