The Dry Place

Gary Simmons, Jr. has been trying to deal with his father's passing by living a life contrary to what he's always known, but when his conflicted way of living started to come down on him in Author Sharel E. Gordon-Love's, "The Dry Place." Now in his 30's, Gary is beginning to take stock of his life realizing that he's gotten farther away from his upbringing and faith in God and stayed far longer than he intended to, with no idea how he could, or would, get back.Wrestling with the decisions he's made for his life and the people in it, each dealing with their own issues that intertwine with his comes to a head as Gary attempts to put his life back together.
