Beskrivelse
The Disconcerting Crumb and the Woman Who Loved to Clean is a light-hearted children's book about a crumb with a funny personality and a fearless wit. He encounters Miss Rosen-Goop, a woman who has an uncontrollable desire to clean her house. She feels the need to do a through cleaning of her home eight hours a day, seven days a week, until she is exhausted and goes to sleep, only to wake up and repeat her cleaning regimen the same way every day.
The highlight of Miss Rosen-Goop's day is visiting Mr. Butter's delightful muffin bakery. The bakery and Mr. Butter provide a warm and inviting place, and a respite that distracts Miss Rosen-Goop from her obsessive-compulsive behavior. Mr. Butter befriends the woman and gives her something she's needed for a long time--compassion and love.
