Sister and Brother, EUREKA and ANTON JACKSON are all each other have in this cruel cold world. With street smarts and a hustler's ambition they manage to survive in the concrete jungle. With a willingness to do anything they have to in order to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, they rob, steal and con to provide for themselves.Given their current circumstances, things are bad, but they're about to get a lot worse when Anton steals the tricked out truck of a local drug czar by the name KILO.
