In a high school play titled, "The Ugly Duckling" (we lost at state), we learned whatever activities or appearances exist behind the curtain were inconsequential. What the audience observed was utmost crucial.Condominium living is similar to a play, what the ownership has knowledge of is insignificant to what the board wishes the ownership to know, and the latter is paramount to the board.

This book is to provide a narrative to condominium owners, prospective condominium owners, condominium legal counsel and boards to equalize what is behind the curtain and the knowledge disseminated to the ownership.

It is based on an authentic, "teach by life experiences" of all disciplines of real estate. Condominium ownership does not stop with "no longer having to cut the grass" or "making repairs to the exterior of your condominium home".

This book provides a moral and value compass or a challenge to one's own.
