In New Atlantis life couldn't be better. Scott O'Tool is 27 and already has a great job at the Ministry of Public Security re-socializing and repatriating dissidents to the new r gime. He has a great girlfriend and his own apartment in one of the most desirable communities in the Eastern Provinces of New Atlantis.
