The Collapse is imminent, and Rosie's stuck in the present day where she will be swept away by an apocalyptic ice melt. Since Carlos is by her side, she's not panicking...yet. Instead, she focuses on finding the teenage girl in Seattle who will become her grandmother. Rosie's teenage grandmother is wealthy, privileged, and might have the means to help them travel back home to the future. But finding her grandmother isn't easy, especially since Carlos thinks they're being followed. With a murderous stalker pursuing her in the now, and a traitor manipulating events from the future, Rosie's timeline is burning at both ends.
