The Christmas Angel of the North

The Christmas Angel of the North is a mini book to enjoy during the festivities. This joyful romantic comedy is full of warm-hearted characters, festive fun and not to mention more than a few Christmas crackers!

Despite a big age gap, Donna and Nana Mary are best friends. Along with Donna's other bestie, Shania Twine, the three apply for jobs in the Christmas grotto of Newcastle's most prestigious department store.

Nana has designs on becoming the Christmas Angel of the North - a job neither Donna nor Shania wants as it requires wearing a meringue like frock!

Things get off to a rocky start and when Pandora and Persephone, the store's answer to the ugly sisters, come on the scene, they get a whole lot worse!

The book also includes a bonus story GO YOUR OWN WAY, which was finalist in the Comedy Women in Print Short Story Competition, where the Lockley trio first made their debut!
