Kodiak shifter Mark Dion woke up naked in an unfamiliar bedroom after getting drunk at a work party. Before he has time to process the one-night-stand, he is thrust into a chain of events, which only seem to grow more complicated by the day. The boar king is out of the picture, but his son is still very much a problem for the Urewera Unit. After General Lancaster sabotages an assignment, Mark finds himself temporarily in charge of the team. With pandemonium surrounding the boar clan and their associates, along with a new apprentice... It is the worst time for a physical attraction he cannot control and an unexpected job offer. Right now, when every action is crucial, what will Mark decide? Will he even stay in Redcliffe?
