The Altamont Fair 1893-2018 Souvenir Edition

Since 1893 the Altamont Fair has been keeping the age-old tradition of country fairs alive with entertaining acts, music, midways, circus & carnival acts, competition and exhibits. It serves as a place where community engagement takes place; where love is kindled; where young people learn friendship, explore the arts, pursue agrarian lifestyles, and learn how to work together with their peers. It is a place where families come together annually and enjoy the fruits of labor of many a Capital District farmer. The Altamont Fair is the only Tri-County Fair in New York serving Albany, Schenectady and Greene Counties. The year 2018 marks the 125th anniversary of the Altamont Fair, the Capital District's most popular summer tradition. This is the Souvenir Edition.
