The Alphabet Checklist

FOR 3-12 YEAR OLDS - A checklist that can be read alone or together with parents, grandparents and friends. Words and their meanings, expanding vocabulary, learning new words and using them in sentences. A way to engage children in pursuing their own thoughts and expressions, helping them to become independent thinkers and readers. An adult reading to a child can ask questions and extend the conversation using these words and pictures as starting points and see where it goes. Some may want to have a "word for the day" and use the word in the child's own made up sentence.
