The Administration

In The Administration, two brothers, Vil and Cassus, are dragged into a dangerous game of political intrigue on the distant planet of Acto. This far-flung outpost of mankind is in the grip of a powerful and charismatic leader known as the Governor. He leads the planet's most eminent city in a secretive scheme to establish the birth of the first Galactic Empire. Vil and Cassus must come to grips with their own conflicted aspirations and decide where their loyalties lie as events gather momentum and they are swept along very different paths.
