One hundred years into the future and the Solar System has been colonized. Mars is being terraformed, Venus has cloud cities, and the Belt and outer satellites have been as well. Eath's crackdown in the past ten years has sparked revolutionary fever for the Martians and Venusians, especially for Ianto Compton who has lost so much by Earthian aggression. As he and his mates in the VLF prepare for an all-out open rebellion, he comes across Benjamin, an android who worked for Tesla. Upon disclosing Tesla's plan to enslave humanity, the very man who saved humanity fifty years earlier during the Resource Wars, Ianto and Benjamin work together to end Earthian oppression on Venus and Ianto's home planet of Mars, and to save humanity.
