Temperate Horticulture

Temperate horticulture is a significant aspect of horticulture as it is limited to the hilly regions of a country. It represents a diverse group of fruit crops that differ physiologically from the sub-tropical and tropical fruit crops grown in other regions. Temperate horticulture also has immense potential for providing off-season and exotic vegetables and flowers all year round.
