What if there had been super powerd vigilantes back in the days of the eighteenth century writer, someone like Mary Shelley for instance. She created a monster, and in their own stories monsters are unstoppable god-like beings who frighten and terrorize brutaly, violently. Its the 21st century now and the Regulators play the same game, terrorizing and brutalizing the forces of evil to keep innocent people safe.. But then one night a pair of power mad scientitst harness the same power Doctor Victor Frankenstein did in Shelley's story and a monsgter is unleashed on a murderous rampoage and all that stands between the innocent people of the world is a lone Regulator, Madame Orage, a champion of the weak who strikes fear in the hearts of those bent on serving evil intentions. It is a life a death fight to gthe finish, filled with action and emotion.
