Sunny Finds her Shine

Sunny Finds her Shine is an engaging children's empowerment book about a sunflower who searches far and wide for a place to fit in. Although she is told she is too tall and too bright, Sunny learns to shine proudly as her true self.



Told in rhyme, this interactive book also includes yoga postures and positive affirmations integrated throughout the story, so as children find the words, they can can grow tall alongside Sunny. This is the first book in a series that focus on the themes of each energy center in our body. Sunny teaches us about the solar plexus through her story's themes: confidence, courage, self-worth, and self-esteem.



Sunny Finds her Shine has an accompanying workbook filled with art, self-expression, and movement activities geared towards ages 5-8.
