Strong! A Day in the Life of Brenda Bear

Brenda Bear is a leader, someone who enjoys being "the boss". She likes to take charge and gets upset when others don't do what she wants them to do. She has trouble sleeping and is frustrated thinking about her day when she is visited by her inner wisdom in the form of Twinkle, a star that illuminates paths (choices) and allows her to see things in a new way.

Tips for Parents/Grown-ups are included to help children (and possibly themselves) who show some characteristics of wanting to be in control of their environment.

For those who are familiar with the Enneagram, this is the book series to introduce children to the 9 types of the Enneagram. Although they are too young to by "typed" yet, adults will see characteristics of the types in their children and can help them to cope with the difficulties they may encounter.
