We are currently experiencing a moment in which the economy is going through a period of gradual recovery, where companies have focused on survival. The scenario for Micro and Small Enterprises is not different, although there has been an increase in their participation in the economy. In this context, the Micro and Small Enterprises increasingly need to adapt to the environment in which they operate in order to survive, in the same way that they develop strategies aiming to differentiate themselves from others, in this sense the Strategic Planning presents itself as a relevant management tool in assisting the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage. Thus, this book aims to highlight the importance of strategic planning in MSEs, proposing a Strategic Planning for a small-sized beauty salon located in the city of João Pessoa/PB.
