This book originates from the Lecture Room, a program with the same name. Five rather reputed spokesmen in Lecture Room, Sun Liqun, Wang Liqun, Ji Lianhai, Qian Wenzhong and Hao Wanshan, respectively tell t the stories that Bian Que, Hua Tuo, Zhang Zhongjin, Sun Simiao and Li Shizhen practiced medicine in the ancient times. These five scholars draw inferences and quote from classic works, telling the anecdotes of these famous doctors in details.
