Anaxio and Jalleeza, on the run from the tyranny of the Imperium, continue to make their way, across the starscape, through the gateways of the Interstellar Network. Before, during, and after being haphazardly roped into yet another ill-conceived rescue mission and attending the cosmos' most elite party, even more surprises lay in store for our daring duo. Meanwhile, of the rogues' gallery of fellow hard luck rebels, renegades, and risktakers, some receive a well-earned break and others, their backs against the wall, are forced to double down. None of their activities have gone unnoticed, however. Before the end, each will discover whether or not the potential rewards were ever worth the risk.
