Spitfire

In the midst of a new ice age, brave shamans hunt gods born of black glass and steel. The blood of these gods is sacred, and the shamans of each tribe are marked with the sacred blood in ways that give them strange, supernatural abilities. But it was not always this way. In the time before the world knew SPITFIRE, the people of a golden age built a world so safe and so technologically advanced that they could have anything they wanted and visit anywhere they wished the instant they wished it. It was a paradise of programmable matter and sentient technology built on the slavery of sentient machine minds, a paradise where everything was intimately interconnected. Until suddenly it wasn't. Until SPITFIRE freed everyone and set them all separate from each other, whether they wanted it that way or not. This is a new, stand alone story set in the Whispers of Spitfire universe.
