Lasiandra felt like she wanted to disappear rather than have this conversation. Lasiandra was trying not to hyperventilate. She was in a quandary. Soctra had told her about form changers but they were always depicted as evil. Had she got it so wrong and she had been dim-witted enough to be taken in by their charm. Was all of this just an illusion before she disappeared? Ake pulled Chumani to her feet "Man, now you have really done it." Seth became almost ferocious, "You are so flippant. Not a problem - and while you are at it you forgot to say that you are an Eagle, I am a murdering Mountain Lion and I killed my own mother." He realised that he had spoken aloud and the implication of his comment filtered through the cloud of his erratic thoughts. Everybody froze. In anguish Seth turned to find Lasiandra staring at him. He was so angry his body started to quiver.
