Yu is a young boy suddenly bestowed with the powers of the Amazing Spider-Man! Can he find his courage in time to save the day? Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is branching out! Welcome to Ohakama City, Japan. Yu, a timid boy who loves to draw manga, is attacked by a villain, only to be rescued by the super hero known as Spider-Man! Despite being defeated, the villain activates a device that merges Yu and Spider-Man together. There's no rest from the wicked...not even on school field trips! During a school outing, Yu and his friend are meant to enjoy the beauty of nature...until they find a Villain Badge in a trash can, setting off a whole new set of problems for Yu! Not only that, but a new transfer student has arrived from New York--smart, athletic, and instantly popular, he's hiding a giant secret too! Yu and Spidey are in for their toughest test yet.
