Ashe Cooper wanted something more in his life than being the next generation to carry on the "Family Business," particularly when that business was a traveling magic act; The Amazing Cooper. He wanted a normal life; he wanted college. But life at the university may have taken him away from the "magic" of the stage, but he soon found himself deep in the world of real magic; and it might end up getting him killed. With the help of a strange and quirky professor, a magic coin and an ancient book of spells, Ashe and his best friend Eddie find that not only has their world changed, but they themselves have changed. Neither can fight what destiny and the powers of the ancients have planned for them.
