After Jos and her unborn child survive a gruesome attack on their lives by her jealousy-crazed ex-husband, she struggles to put her life back together. The road to mental and physical recovery is a tedious one, but with the help of loved ones, they not only survive, but thrive. Even so, Jos swears off relationships and the carnal pleasures she usually enjoys and have grown accustomed to until a night out on the town reminds her of what she is missing in the sack.
