They have been published in magazines, newspapers and anthologies in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, South Africa, India and the United States. They're not arranged chronologically, in the order in which they were published, but rather thematically, loosely connecting like with like.
