Science of the Soul - Meditation on the Inner Light and Sound

Deep inside the innermost recesses of the heart of every living being, there lies a conscious entity which is absolutely pure and Divine. This entity is indestructible, all-powerful and all-knowing. This entity is the true self of every living being. It transcends the body and the ever-changing nature of the individual mind. It is always one and the same and its nature is ever-new joy. This conscious entity is known as the individual soul. The experience of inner communion with the soul is realized through meditation on the inner light and sound.
