Safe deposit box contract under Mauritian law

The book "Contrat de coffre-fort en droit mauricien" contains an analysis of this sui generis and unnamed contract which is the safe deposit box contract. The study is based on an appropriate number of judgments of the Supreme Court of Mauritius, general works, doctoral theses, articles and other contributions and notes and commentaries on judgments rendered by French courts which, for historical reasons, occupy a place of persuasive authority in Mauritius.
