Safe Deposit Box Agreement under Mauritian Law

The book "Contrat de coffre-fort en droit mauricien" is an academic monograph containing an analysis of this sui generis and unnamed contract which is the safe deposit box contract. The study is based on an appropriate number of judgments of the Supreme Court of Mauritius, general works, articles and other contributions and notes and commentaries of the judgments of the French courts which, for historical reasons, occupy in Mauritius the place of a persuasive authority.
