Rob Conners is back, more lonely and cynical than ever. After helping some greenhorns move their cattle up north, and almost losing his hide in the process, Conners becomes entangled in a plot involving the strangest Montana Ranger everyone had heard of but nobody knew. It will take some quick thinking, fast shooting, and new friends to get Conners-and the Ranger-out of this mess.

About the author: Mark Lewis is a native Texan, a trained historian with experience with cattle. He has travelled extensively, and lived almost 20 years outside America, having lived and taught in England, South Korea, and China. He currently resides in Thailand, where he continues to teach and write freelance articles.
