A Revista de Direito, Estado e Telecomunica es (RDET) uma publica o do N cleo de Direito Setorial e Regulat rio da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Bras lia.The University of Brasilia School of Law Center on Law and Regulation sponsors an open access journal entitled "The Law, State and Telecommunications Review". It is an academic journal annually published by the Telecommunications Law Study Group (GETEL), which features articles, studies, book reviews, lectures, sector updates, regulatory research on telecommunications, and the Brazilian normative framework on telecommunications. Nowadays, this is the only journal, in Brazil, that publishes regulations and judicial decisions in the telecommunications sector.
