It's Christmastime, and Stuart finds himself head over heels for Mrs. Peterson's niece, Heather, who is in town for a visit.Heather is a med student on the verge of getting her residency letter and she can't wait to see where she'll be working for the next few years.

The chemistry is definitely there, but he's the town butcher, and, well, Heather doesn't eat meat.
