Remapping China at the East-West Intersection, composed predominantly from back copies of Critical Arts, draws on the rich reservoir of studies that map a diverse range of research on Chinese literature, art and culture at the intersection of East-West encounters. This compilation offers a comprehensive exploration of Chinese cultural studies through the lens of global dialogism and intercultural exchange. Structured into four thematic sections—Overview, Chinese Narratives, Chinese Art, and China and New Media—the book brings together twenty scholarly articles that collectively examine the complexities and nuances of Chinese culture in a global context.
