This book is inspired by a Bible Proverb:

refresh others,will themselves be refreshed'



Candid reflections, personal insights and humour found in the stories of a family general practitioner, husband, father and grandfather. An ordinary man whose belief in an extraordinary God helped him overcome the trials in his life. For over 45 years he has faithfully cared for patients in Australia, and repeatedly served the people of Africa, to improve their health and provide wholistic care, and in the process found himself personally 'Refreshed'.
