Red and Blue

The terms Conservative and Liberal are commonly used to define social, economic or political opinions and relationships. These two terms mean different things in different settings and will vary in different parts of the world at different times in history. Today in the United States, the United Kingdom and many other democracies around the world, there is a clear divide between the Conservative and the Liberal that is more evident than ever before in history. This division between the Right and the Left, the Red and the Blue has become so great that it has almost come to a breaking point - a fractured democracy.
