Rebuilding Muslim Nations

Muslim nations need not embrace liberal democracy founded on secularism, individual rights, and the Lockean concept of property. Yet, political structures unresponsive to the will of the people are inherently depressing and detrimental to creative energies. Political and social freedom is necessary for individual and communitarian creativity. However, mob democracy is as detrimental to a safe society as are unresponsive political institutions.
