The rich are buying the American West up and down the Rocky Mountains, and now a hedge fund billionaire, Leonard Hamm, has bought Lakota P.I. Howard Moon Deer's favorite ski area, San Geronimo Peak, pouring money into new hotels, condos, and a restaurant that will overlook Indian land.
