Quintrel Lenore, also known as "Q", has professionally spent the past 10 years in Workforce Development, Higher Education, and State Government. His credentials include being a Certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach, a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), AND Certified DEI in the Workplace. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University and his graduate degree in Human Services with a concentration in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Quintrel and his wife Lorayah, own Lenore Coaching LLC where they partner with organizations and serve professionals through coaching, facilitation, training, and programming.
