Ponchy and the Pintail: A Post-COVID-19 Story of Survival In a Nightmare World

In the post-apocalyptic aftermath of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, one man sets out to recover some of the life he has lost to the ravages of the virus. This is the story of his journey. Armed with little more than his wits, he returns to what remains of his former home in Las Vegas. Then, pursued by an angry band of militants, he returns to his hideout in the Mojave Desert, hoping to resume his life of isolation. Ponchy, a small dog, joins him on a dangerous trek across the state, as he battles a severe illness and struggles to survive and come to terms with his personal demons in his nearly unrecognizable post-virus world.
