Physico-chemical characterization and antioxidant assay of tomato

The research work was carried out to determine the physico-chemical characteristics and antioxidant assay of 13 selected tomato germplasm collected from the south-western region of Bangladesh during December2012 to May 2013. A significant variation among the germplasm in relation to fruit characteristics was observed. The author is obliged to express his sincere gratitude to supreme personality of Godhead for ending blessing to complete the research work and this book with a sense of devotion and diligence.
