Terenitus Catilina, Martin Allen's uniquely enabled Imperial Investigator, who suffered grievous injuries that resulted in the Empire giving her back the gift of life, as well as cybernetic implants and prosthetics, takes on her first cases in Phoenix: Deliverance after completing her training and rehabilitation in Phoenix: Dark Eagle.Xenothon is a small backwater Imperial colony.
