Perspectives on the Archaeology of Pipes, Tobacco and other Smoke Plants in the Ancient Americas

This volume presents the most recent archaeological, historical, and ethnographic research that challenges simplistic perceptions of Native smoking and explores a wide variety of questions regarding smoking plants and pipe forms from throughout North America and parts of South America.
