Beskrivelse
Pearls and Princes A Tale of the Gulf is a fast-paced thriller continuing the theme started in Hawks and Doves An Arabian Tale . The action takes place in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, the USA, the UK and in the Arabian (Persian) Gulf. This time, Shi'a rebels from the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia work together with Shi'a militants from Bahrain to seek to overthrow the Sunni Government in Manama. The rebels are aided and abetted by Iranian Intelligence. The CIA, MI6, Saudi and Bahraini Intelligence all work with Bedouin tribesmen loyal to the Sunni, to try to stop the insurgency.
