He currently serves as Managing Director of Service Excellence with ChenMed, a healthcare company committed to transforming care of senior citizens in the neediest populations.



Lutz previously worked in numerous leadership and performance excellence roles for the Orlando Magic, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, HomeBanc Mortgage, Forrest Performance Group and Atlantic Capital. He and his family live in Alpharetta, Georgia.
