Path to Paradise

Surveys indicate that approximately 80 percent of the world's population believe in an afterlife. It is also the belief of most religions of the world that there is some form of afterlife. The belief in an afterlife is founded on faith. We do not have earthly proof that an afterlife exists. It is a Christian belief that the afterlife will be a life that extends throughout eternity. Because afterlife is an eternal existence, it would seem that a significant percentage of people would want to understand more of that existence and adhere to what is necessary to achieve the best place in life hereafter. Sadly, all humans are flawed humans, and the attractions of earthly matters is a distraction from greater emphasis on eternal life. Faith is both a mystery and very individualistic. It is impossible for one human to judge the faith of another human being. The depth and sincerity of our faith will be a judgment made solely by our Creator and will determine our place in life hereafter. During his time on earth our Lord made it clear that observance of his two greatest commandments was necessary to gain a place in His Kingdom. His first commandment was to love Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength and the second was to love our neighbor as ourselves. This book examines additional ways to help us stay on The Path to Paradise.
