Beskrivelse

"And he made his son pass through the fire..."

2 Chronicles 33:6a

In book one of The Methuselah Chronicles (Giants in the Earth), Azazel's mission was to use his giant sons, the Nephilim, to corrupt the human bloodlines and teach men how to make war. In so doing, he destroyed many by using man's own innate aptitude for evil. Ultimately, the Creator foiled his plan through the unwavering faith of Enoch, who "walked with God," and his son, Methuselah, who was learning through his father's example to do the same.

However, another Fallen One, Simyaza, embarked on his own diabolical mission eight years later. Simyaza's plan takes a more direct approach to the destruction of mankind: fooling them into destroying themselves through deception and illusions. He finds it an easy task as man has only gotten better at tapping into his penchant for evil.

When this devilish scheme is brought to the attention of King Seth, he calls on Enoch and Methuselah to stand in the gap and find a way to end the satanic plans of Simyaza. Along the way, they, and many others, learn valuable lessons about how God sees them, as opposed to how the enemy wants them to see themselves in this fast-paced story of adventure and redemption.
