The book is the story of a woman (Arezoo) who crashes into a cat in her car. She takes the cat to the veterinarian and takes it home to her after treatment. The cat is a girl and Arezoo calls him Pashool. In the garden of the house no bird falls in love with Pashool. So Arezoo takes her to the street and then rides her on her own horse and takes her to the bird garden. Pashool likes to travel everywhere and discover new things. He goes to the city of Bandar Abbas (a city in Iran), where he sees migratory birds and then meets an Indian cat named Meouraja who has a pearl necklace. He goes to India to see the beautiful Indian birds. In India, he meets the owner of Meouraja (Nila and Ramaraja) and goes to the forest, meets the Indian peacocks and parrots, and then goes to the Rat Temple in Rajstan, where he catch two beautiful gold necklaces as gift. He receives gifts from the King of Rats and the Queen of Rats. Meouraja donates necklaces to the Children's Cancer Institute. .... Finally, mice in Iran come under Arezoo's command for the sake of a magical necklace and choose a good wife for her.
