Parenting with Purpose

Parenting with Purpose seeks to help young parents to spiritually prepare for the great privilege they have to care for and guide the life of one of God's precious creations. The first three lessons focus on the parents' need to honor God with their child, while the final three lessons focus on the parents' opportunity to represent God the Father to their child. These studies have been written to lay the foundations of truth for Biblical parenting and then to encourage the couple to build their home on God's Word and follow the Holy Spirit's guidance to practically apply Biblical truths to each new circumstance they encounter. Within these studies, the Scriptures will be the primary source for all the counsel provided. There will also be opportunities for the new parents to consider how they can practically apply the lessons learned to their new family, so that they raise their child to glorify his Creator.
