OTON Fulfillment - is a warehouse, robotic and modern, where a thousand people work. This warehouse is a branded part of a large business empire AAL MAS (to understand the essence of this company, there is a separate book about AAL MAS). Inside the warehouse there are several departments, but on the outskirts of the warehouse there is a small part of the employees working under the supervision of one manager. And the manager needs to manage different people, with different characters, and at the same time tolerate the humiliation of Maria Stervella (who works in AAL MAS).

The warehouse manager has to resolve conflicts between departments, as well as within the department and employees. There are lazy people, there are homophobes, there are LGBT people, etc.
