Organizing Emotions

Grief, anxiety, sadness, fear, and anger. All emotions can stem from one of these five. Identifying what one feels can be an important part of healing, but what can be done once these emotions are identified? The Chinese five element theory of health pairs these emotions up with different organs in the body. The emotions need to be in the correct organs of the body in order for the body to be able to process the emotions. If the emotions are not properly organized, a person can feel weighed down, have a mind that won't shut down when rest is desired, or have trouble sleeping because of disturbing thoughts that won't go away. 



By utilizing the great power that comes through visualization and breathing, Organizing Emotions provides a simple tool that will allow a person of any age a way to begin the journey of emotional processing. The more a person practices these techniques, the easier it becomes for the body to know what to do with the things that it feels. Though this world can be a troubling place, peace can be found through learning how to cope more effectively with the emotions that each person feels.
